Bayer, Cochran, Pence, Cody, Moran, Scheulen and Roberts Best Fields at Port City Raceway

TULSA, Okla. (April 21, 2019) - Kevin Bayer, Chris Cochran, Caleb Pence, Ryan Cody, Rees Moran, Parker Scheulen and Scott Roberts raced their way to victory in their respective USAC sanctioned division on Saturday night at Port City Raceway.

146 entries filled the pits at the 1/8 mile bullring which featured 22 USAC Outlaws, 34 USAC Non-Wing, 30 USAC A-Class, 13 USAC Sportsman, 21 USAC Restricted, 16 USAC Junior Sprints and 10 USAC Masters.

Kevin Bayer took the victory in Saturday's USAC Outlaw Micro Sprint feature. Cole Roberts finished in the runner up spot with Frank Flud claiming the final podium spot. Jake Nail crossed in fourth with Jordan Herrman in fifth.

Joel Smith, Kris Carroll, Delaney Jost, Garrett Olson and Kaylee Bryson rounded out the top ten.

Bayer, Smith and Shawn Wicker were USAC Outlaw heat race victors.

Chris Cochran took the honors in the USAC Non-Wing division on Saturday night. Jesse Frazier finished in the second spot with Curtis Jones in third. Frank Flud took the fourth spot with Matt Carr rounding out the top five.

Randy Wagnon, Jr., Ryan Timms, Shawn Mahaffey, Isaac Barr and Hunter Fischer made up the top ten.

Heat Winners: Barr, Daison Pursley, Mahaffey and Flud. Wagnon, Jr and Daniel Shaffer were the nights two B-Main winners.

In USAC A-Class competition, Caleb Pence parked it in victory lane. Emme Hughes took home the second spot. Frank Flud rounded out the podium in third. Ryan Timms was fourth with Shawn Mahaffey made up the top five.

The top ten rounded out with Connor Lee, Jake Rosario, Kaylee Bryson, Jordan Herrman and Adrian Cobbs.

Heat Winners were Flud, Lee, Timms and Kris Carroll. Cole Roberts won the lone B-Main.

After starting in the eighth position, Ryan Cody came up through the pack to claim the USAC Sportsman feature event. Dave Nicholson took the runner up spot with Troy Minton in third. Bobby McIntosh crossed in the fourth spot with Drew Saywer fifth.

Michaela Jewsbury, Matt Cash, Tim Barnes, Erika Mercer and Tyler LaPointe rounded out the top ten.

McIntosh and Nicholson were the two Sportsman heat winners.

Rees "The Beast" Moran topped the 20-lap USAC Restricted class feature event over a hard charging Ryan Timms who started in the twelfth spot. Garth Kasiner made up the podium. Jeramiah Green finished in the fourth spot and Aidan Silva crossing in fifth.

Kylee Young, Kayden Cole, Brody McLaughlin, Ryker Pace and Baron Silva were the top ten.

Moran, Pace and Kasiner were the night three heat race winners.

Parker Scheulen started the nights USAC Junior Sprint feature event in the eleventh starting spot and would work his way to victory on Saturday night. Hudsyn Truitt was second at the line and Carter Sauer in third. Masyn Truitt and Brody McClelland were the top five.

Haidyn Stout, Ryker Griggs, Cale McGee, Talin Turner and Jase Blevins claimed the top ten.

Ayden Parrish, Turner and Griggs were victors in heat race competition.

Scott Roberts claimed his first feature event win on Saturday at Port City Raceway in the USAC Masters class. Tim Greene crossed in second with Tony Ogden in third. Ruben Morris was fourth with Danny Shaffer in fifth.

Donnie Wickham, Milton Goolsby, Matt Cash, Bryan Davidson and Jimmy Jewsbury were the Masters top ten.

Port City Raceway returns to action on Saturday, April 27 with the POWRi Lucas Oil West Midget League headlining the action along with USAC Outlaws, USAC Non-Wing, USAC A-Class, USAC Sportsman, USAC Restricted, USAC Junior Sprints and USAC Masters also in competition.
