Lucas Oil NOW600 Series Returns to Creek County and Port City This Weekend

Inside Line Promotions – DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (May 6, 2019) – The Lucas Oil National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by Tel-Star Technologies springs back into gear this weekend for a doubleheader.

The series and its three premier divisions – Stock Non-Wing, Winged ‘A’ Class and Restricted ‘A’ Class – will visit Creek County Speedway in Sapulpa, Okla., on Friday and Port City Raceway in Tulsa, Okla., on Saturday.

Frank Flud, who leads the championship standings in both the Stock Non-Wing and Winged ‘A’ Class, was victorious last month during the most recent race and first trip to Creek County Speedway this season.

Restricted ‘A’ Class points leader Ryan Timms finished second to Rees Moran during that night at Creek County Speedway.

The pit gate opens at 5 p.m. with racing at 7 p.m. this Friday at Creek County Speedway.

Tickets are only $15 for adults. Children ages 10-years-old and younger get in free.

Saturday will mark the fourth series race this season at Port City Raceway. Frank Flud has won two of the three races in both the Stock Non-Wing and Winged ‘A’ Class divisions. Chris Andrews was the other Stock Non-Wing winner. Avery Goodman claimed a Winged ‘A’ Class win. Grayson Gaddy, Moran and Timms have each won one Restricted ‘A’ Class race.

Racing begins at 7 p.m. and it’s only $10 per carload for entrance into the main grandstands. Pit passes are $30 apiece.
