Tire Rule Update.
Hoss, TULSA, Okla. (April 4, 2022) – With tire shortages looming, and the uncertainty of just when supplies will be back to some type of normalcy, officials with Port City Raceway have decided to make a change to the tire rule. Effective immediately, and until further notice the tire rule is opened up to allow other manufacturers tires for left rears and fronts for all classes except Jr Sprints. An ASCS2 Right rear that must read 45 or harder on the Port City Durometer is still in effect Again the changes are made effective immediately and Port City Raceway officials will give plenty of notice before original tire rules are put back in place.
