Podium Finish Highlights Series Of Events In Oklahoma For Setser

TULSA, Okla. (October 21, 2023) Five events across Midget and Micro racing in Oklahoma, Gunnar Setser collected three A-Feature starts with the Xtreme Outlaw Midgets, including a podium finish at Port City Raceway.

The opening run to the two weeks of racing, Setter's time in a Midget is limited, but quick to improve with his bronze finish at the Tulsa oval on October 12. Down the Turn Pike to I-44 Riverside Speedway the next two nights, Gunnar finished 14th and 11th respectively.

Back at Port City Raceway on October 19 and 21 for the KKM Giveback Classic, Non-Wing Outlaw competition yielded a bit of a struggle with a 14th-place finish in B-Feature action on Thursday. Buried in a D-Feature on Saturday, Gunnar moved forward three spots, but it was not enough to continue his run through the soup,
